I met Ivy at the Chicago Gift Show. The first cooperation with Dongzheng was to develop a new sewing kit. For technical reasons, there were various problems, but ivy had always been very helpful. She always promptly informed us of the problems, together with several professional solutions. Finally, we got the sewing kits on time thanks to her. I very much appreciate their spirit of professional service.
We started the official cooperation with Dongzheng at the Cologne exhibition. We really appreciated their 30-year experience in International trade. They knew very well about the European market and offered us lots of valid points in terms of market preference, quality requirements, test certifications and selling price.
